Programs
Marilynn and the POSTURE-CIZE team offer
two core programs. Posture Power workshops
include information on the anatomy of good posture,
common posture mistakes, the mind-body posture connection,
and tips for improving posture. Participants also experience
some of the core Posture-cize exercises, which can be
adapted to all fitness levels.
Posture-cize Workout
is an upbeat 30-minute workout that’s perfect
for the early morning, lunch hour or during a morning
or afternoon break--no need to change into workout gear!
